Royyalu Miriyalu

Ingredients:
600 gm Royyalu (prawns)
10 gm whole garam masala
30 gm onion
4 green chillies, 2 sprig curry leaves
15 gm ginger-garlic paste
8 gm chilli powder, 5 gm dhania powder
3 gm turmeric powder
10 gm tamarind
150 gm tomato
Cream of 1/2 coconut,
80 gm oil, Salt to taste
25 gm crushed black pepper


Procedure:
Heat oil, add whole garam masala, green chilli, curry leaves, onion and fry till brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute, add chilly powder, dhania powder, turmeric powder, coconut cream and chopped tomato and cook till the gravy becomes thick. Add turmeric extract and prawn and cook till done.
